Desks for Horace Mann Students

One of the needs for students trying to learn from home is the lack of adequate space to do so. Some students end up Zooming from crowded homes and bedrooms, or choose to log on while still in bed. Recognizing this need, our Element High School students built several desks for Horace Mann students. These desk were greatly appreciated as it will provide some students with the familiar setting as if they were in school.

Element High School students spent a Saturday building many desks, and picking up some handy skills along the way.

Finished product, along with a small goodie bag for each child, for encouragement.

Everyone was happy about this finished product, which was received by Principal Adams, and technology supervisor, Mr. Caven.
